We started our company in 2007, with the goal of creating effective, insight-driven strategies for clients operating in highly specialised markets. The name we chose was Gungho, to reflect our no-holds-barred, enthusiastic and determined approach to business discovery.

Fifteen years on, and we’ve worked with many leading global companies, generating 11,500+ appointments and an estimated £169 million in pipelined revenue in the last twelve months. At the heart of our business is a highly trained team of superstar business discovery agents, all of whom work together at our offices in Dorset, UK and Charlotte, North Carolina.

In a nutshell, our philosophy is exactly the same today as it was when we first started – it’s all about effective listening, in-depth research and relevant, meaningful discussions. This isn’t rocket science, but it’s entirely different from what typical telesales and telemarketing programmes are doing. We believe in adopting an intelligent account based marketing strategy for business growth, using telephone engagement to root out high value opportunities for our clients.
