Marketing Manager – Bournemouth Or Dorchester Based

Full-time – 36 hours.  Monday – Friday or Monday – Thursday. Hybrid Working.

As Gungho’s Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our marketing initiatives to new heights. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can lead the charge in developing and executing an exceptional go-to-market strategy. Business Discovery Agent – Bournemouth Office

The goal of a Discovery Agent is to have intelligent & focused discussion with the target individual surrounding their business needs and challenges. You will be speaking with senior decision-makers within large multinational financials and corporations. Your aim is to arrange an appointment to enable further discussion.

Recruitment and onboarding process

At Gungho, we have a systematic recruitment and onboarding process which ensures a smooth transition for new employees. This leads to better integration, higher job satisfaction, and improved overall performance.

1st Stage

We're at the beginning of your interview experience with Gungho! Your 1st interview will be conducted by Teams. This is an opportunity for us to find out about you and your personality, and for you to find out more about the role.

2nd Stage

After a successful 1st interview, you'll be invited for a second interview. This will be a face-to-face interview and an opportunity for you to visit our offices and get a feel for our working environment.

3rd Stage

After 2 successful interviews, we will be in contact to offer you the job - Woohoo! A contract will be sent out for you to review and sign, and a start date will be agreed. We can't wait for you to be part of Team Gungho and help you take the next step in your career.

4th Stage

Wecome to Team Gungho! We will go through the onboarding process and enroll you in our in-house training programme so we can teach you everything you need to know to be successful in your new role.
