Board Members

Lucy Erskine, Executive Chairman founded the company in 2007.  Tom White, CEO joined in 2012 and through a series of promotions became part of the Executive team in 2016.  Chloe Bonnett joined in 2016 and is Operations Director.

Since founding Gungho in 2007, Lucy’s expertise, campaign management skills and deep industry knowledge have been consistently proven to accelerate sales pipelines significantly. Graduating from University College London with a degree in Anthropology and Geography, Lucy spent 15 successful years in IT and telecoms, focusing on field sales for VC and start-up companies, and large international enterprises.

Tom White


After leaving Bournemouth University, Tom worked for several years in the media & publishing industry before joining Gungho in 2012 to work on our North American campaigns. Tom supported many client campaigns in Europe, APAC and the Americas as Operations Manager, before moving across to become our MD.

Chloe Bonnett

Operations Director

Chloe joined Gungho in early 2016. Graduating from the University of Bath in 2015 with a Spanish & Russian degree, she started on the phones for our clients, and through a series of promotions now leads our Operational teams. Chloe is responsible for ensuring the delivery of each client campaign and supports our calling teams to ensure results are maximised.

Tim Berry

Chief Financial Officer

Tim is a highly skilled financial and commercial professional and brings with him a wealth of experience in the software and paper industries. He is no stranger to working internationally, fitting perfectly with our global client-base, having previously held responsible for overseeing operations in APAC. His skills lie in defining business strategy as well as marketing and growth initiatives and he’s a big champion of maximising technology to support business objectives.

Tom Merriman

Head of Global Partnerships

Since graduating from Plymouth University in 2015, Tom has worked in business development roles for the Lloyds of London Insurance Markets & the British Marine Insurance industry. He joined Gungho in 2018 to lead our revenue growth & client partnership programmes within the global RegTech, Compliance, AML & FinCrime community.

Rachel Rendell

HR Director

Rachel joined as our HR Manager in 2021. With over 20 years’ HR experience within both SME and large corporate organisations, Rachel is responsible for making sure our people are looked after and happy at work. Rachel is highly skilled in her field as well as a pragmatic people-person. The ideal mix!

Isabella Mabey

Operations Director

Isabella joined Gungho in December 2018, after graduating in Criminology & Social Policy from Loughborough University. Since joining, Isabella has been involved with our North American and European campaigns, successfully delivering appointments for a variety of our clients.

Shannon Smith

Operations Director

Shannon joined Gungho in 2019 after 14 years living as an expat in Spain. Shannon’s language skills & fluency in Spanish, French and German are put to great use on our international appointment setting campaigns.
