Lucy Erskine

Founder & Non-Executive Director

Since founding Gungho in 2007, Lucy’s expertise, campaign management skills and deep industry knowledge have been consistently proven to accelerate sales pipelines significantly.

Graduating from University College London with a degree in Anthropology and Geography, Lucy spent 15 successful years in IT and telecoms, focusing on field sales for VC and start-up companies, and large international enterprises.

Her passion is working with start-ups, where she feels she can add most value and make a real contribution to their growth and success.

Giles Newman

CEO

Giles joined Gungho Marketing in late 2023, following a successful career working with technology-oriented B2B service providers. He initially worked in the FinTech world, providing trading room technology and market information. He later served in leadership roles in businesses that offered solutions to the increasingly complex areas of information and compliance, in a range of different sectors.

Prior to joining Gungho, Giles led the international operations of one of the world's largest compliance solution providers. He has extensive international experience and supported clients and teams in Europe, the US, and APAC. Giles’ customer-centric approach has resulted in superior customer satisfaction and retention.

His combination of FinTech, RegTech, and global sales and marketing expertise, positions Gungho to deliver an increasing range of services to its large and growing client base.

Chloe Bonnett

Chief Operations Officer

Chloe joined Gungho in early 2016. Graduating from the University of Bath in 2015 with a Spanish & Russian degree, she started on the phones for our clients, and through a series of promotions now leads our Operational teams. Chloe is responsible for ensuring the delivery of each client campaign and supports our calling teams to ensure results are maximised.Chloe's drive and commitment to delivering exceptional results have been key to her success at Gungho, and her passion for helping others achieve their goals makes her a valued member of the team. Her dedication to her work and her team is matched only by her love of travel and exploring new cultures.

Simon Laws

Chief Financial Officer

With a passion for working with SME businesses and making positive impacts whilst supporting company growth, we just knew Simon would be perfect for Gungho.
Simon has worked in Senior Finance roles with PR firms, Architecture practices and Manufacturing businesses for over 10 years after qualifying as a chartered accountant back in 2012.

Simon grew up in Poole before graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham, and then living and working across Birmingham and London before returning to Dorset in 2017.

Simon now lives in Poole with his wife and two young children. Their spare time is currently split between the beach, coffee shops and soft play!

Rachel Rendell

HR Director

Rachel joined as our HR Manager in 2021. With over 20 years’ HR experience within both SME and large corporate organisations, Rachel is responsible for making sure our people are looked after and happy at work. Rachel is highly skilled in her field as well as a pragmatic people-person. The ideal mix!

Originally from Dorchester, Rachel studied Human Resource Management at Southampton before moving to London to start her career. Rachel now lives in locally with her husband, son and beautiful fox red Labrador, Maggie.

Rob Swan

Chief Commercial Officer

Rob joined Gungho in 2024 as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing with him extensive experience from his career in the insurtech markets and financial services sector. Holding a degree in Economics, Rob has steadily advanced to managerial positions, honing his skills in leading and developing high-performing sales and marketing teams. His client-focused approach and dedication to team success have driven his accomplishments in senior leadership roles. With a wealth of industry knowledge and a proven track record of excellence, Rob is a valuable addition to the Gungho board.

Tom Merriman

Business Development Director

Since graduating from Plymouth University in 2015, Tom has worked in business development roles for the Lloyds of London Insurance Markets & the British Marine Insurance industry. He joined Gungho in 2018 to lead our revenue growth & client partnership programmes within the global RegTech, Compliance, AML & FinCrime community.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys playing a spot of rugby for Dorchester Rugby Club and navigating the beautiful coast line of Southern England in a sail boat.

Gregory Porter

Business Development Executive

Greg joined Gungho in 2021 as a Business Discovery Agent, before swiftly transitioning into our in-house Sales Team in 2022. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the RegTech and LegalTech industries, Greg has supported many technology vendors in developing their go-to-market strategies and growth plan.

Tiffany Nommick-Smith

Marketing Manager - Demand Generation

Tiffany joined Gungho in Q4 2017. Starting her Gungho career as a Business Discovery Agent, Tiffany has worked her way up to Team Leader before taking the position of Marketing Communications Manager in 2021. Her ability to think outside the box and create engaging content has been instrumental in elevating the Gungho brand and increasing visibility in the market.

When Tiffany isn't busy creating marketing campaigns or connecting with clients, she loves to explore the beautiful countryside of Dorset with her furry companion by her side. In addition to her love for the outdoors, Tiffany is always on the hunt for the latest culinary gems. Whether she's trying out new restaurants or discovering hidden foodie hotspots, she's always eager to indulge her taste buds with new and exciting flavours.

Amy Wait

Marketing Communications Executive

Amy joined Gungho in 2024, following her graduation from Oxford Brookes University in May 2023 with a degree in Marketing Communications Management. Previously, Amy has worked in retail jobs where she learnt the importance of teamwork, this experience has made her a key member of our Sales and Marketing team—she's always ready to pitch in and work with others to get things done!

Outside of work, Amy keeps busy with her favorite hobbies. In her spare time, Amy likes to attend weekly yoga classes and regularly goes to the gym. She also enjoys going on dog walks and trying out new places to eat in Bournemouth with her friends.

Sionagh Smith

Group Performance Director

Sionagh joined the Gungho team in 2024, bringing with her 15 years of operational experience in the financial services sector. She has a proven track record of successfully leading operations through transformational change, enhancing performance and operational processes, and creating environments that deliver excellent service. Sionagh is passionate about developing talent by investing in her team and fostering a motivational working environment that drives success.

Outside of work, Sionagh loves cooking and experiencing new cultures through travel and holidays with her family, although these trips look a little different now with her two-year-old son!

Nia Milenova

Group Client Success Director

Nia Milenova joined Gungho in 2023, stepping into the role of Group Client Success Director. With 18+ years of experience working within the telemarketing industry, she's a valuable addition to our team. Nia's core focus is to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and nurturing client relationships while adding value.

Originally from Bulgaria, Nia moved to the UK at 18 for her education. Her career journey, spanning roles from Business Development Executive to Account Director, equips her with robust account management skills in telemarketing. Nia believes in the power of strong business relationships and applies this principle daily in her client and colleague interactions.

Outside of her professional life, Nia enjoys exploring different cultures through travel, playing tennis, staying active with CrossFit, savoring diverse cuisines, and sharing her affection for animals, particularly dogs.

Shannon Alley

Operations Strategy Director

Shannon joined us in 2019 after spending 14 years living as an expat in Spain. Shannon's dedication and hard work quickly earned her a place on the management team, and she was promoted to Operations Manager in May 2021, and then to Operations Director in 2022.

Her exceptional organisational skills, combined with her ability to manage people and resources, have made her an invaluable asset to the operational team. In her free time, Shannon enjoys exploring her creative side through painting, as well as indulging in her love of video games and catching up on her favourite shows on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Her commitment to work-life balance and passion for pursuing her interests make her a great role model for the team.

Danielle Holder

Performance & Delivery Director

Danielle joined Gungho in August 2017 as a Business Discovery Agent working on our North American campaigns. Prior to joining our team, she worked in the travel and leisure industry, using her more creative skills as an event organiser, as well as specialising in after sales, marketing and business development.

Since joining our team, Danielle has worked on a huge variety of campaigns and has quickly climbed the ranks, becoming an Operations Manager Director in 2022. Her commitment to client satisfaction has earned her high praise from clients and colleagues alike, and she continues to work closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met and high-quality appointments are made.

Family is everything to Danielle, and when she's not at work, she loves nothing more than making memories with her young family. In her free time, she enjoys traveling abroad, catching live musicals, and indulging in a well-deserved spa day every once in a while. Danielle's dedication to her work and her family make her a valuable asset to the Gungho team.

Ross Brown

Head of Email Marketing

Ross lived & worked in China before joining the team in 2018. At Gungho he is putting his Marketing Management Degree to good use and leads our Email Marketing Campaigns.

Outside of work he is a keen pool player, runner and enjoys taking his dog, Jess out for a walk in the mud!

Mike McCabe

Performance & Delivery Manager

You would have thought that after 15 years in the Royal Armoured Corps, and then another 17 years with the Dorset Police Force, Mike would have been ready for a rest! But oh no….he joined the Gungho team in May 2015 to work with our North American campaigns. Mike’s experience being a retired police officer gives him the edge, when speaking with Financial Crime & Compliance teams.

Mike loves walking with his dogs on the beaches of Weymouth. And if you ever need a ‘whizz’ at photography & cameras – Mike could be your man!

Matt Shoulders

Performance & Delivery Manager

Matthew joined Gungho in 2022, with 7 years of experience managing marketing & telesales teams in the UK, he is no stranger to managing large calling teams and monitoring quality control and productivity.
Along with his vast marketing experience, Matthew previously worked in the financial sector and joins Gungho with a broad knowledge from his time as a Fraud Advisor at Lloyds Bank and a mortgage advisor at Nationwide.

In his spare time Matthew trains in Jiu-Jitsu and has competed across the UK numerous times. He is also a huge fan of Tottenham Hotspur and ensures he never misses a match, even when they aren’t doing so well!

Eric McCartney

Eric joined Gungho in 2019, following a sales & marketing career in the curious world of collectable high value stamps & coins (working for a leading global distributor of collectable Postal Administrations, Mints and Ministries of Finance).

Eric has a young family and is a keen footballer, playing every weekend for the local Piddlehinton Reserves Football team.

Matthew Sandy

Performance & Delivery Manager

Matt joined Gungho as a Business Discovery Agent in 2020 after several years in the leisure industry. Supporting our North American and EMEA based campaigns, Matts dedication and hard work quickly earned him several promotions, culminating in his appointment as Operations Director in 2023.

With his communication skills and his competitive spirit, Matt is perfectly suited for achieving great results in his role. In his free time, Matt is an accomplished golfer and has earned himself a place in the Dorset Country Golf Union with an impressive handicap of +3.

Jordanne Harris

Client Success Manager

Jordanne joined the team as a Business Discovery Agent in 2021 after almost a decade in the hospitality industry. Through her hard work, Jordanne transitioned into an operational role in 2023 and then as an Client Success Manager in 2024. Jordanne has a passion for client retention and satisfaction and is focused on driving exceptional results for Gungho’s clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys binge-watching the latest Netflix drama and documentary series (don’t we all!) and spending quality time with her partner, friends, and family. Jordanne especially loves the three-day weekends at Gungho, which enable her to visit family living far from the sunny shores of Dorset.

Jordan McGuinness

Client Success Manager

Joining Gungho with a BA in French from Coventry University and having lived and worked in France, Jordan is an exceptional communicator, both in his native tongue and beloved second language, French. Jordan has worked in client facing roles for 8 years and plays a pivitol role within the Client Success Management team. In his current role, Jordan works closely with global RegTech clients to role ensure objectives are being met, strategising solutions, and managing the delivery of services.

Aimee Hockham

Client Success Manager

Aimee became a valuable member of our expanding team as a Discovery Agent in December 2020. Through her unwavering dedication and hard work, she took on the position of Operations Manager in 2023 and then Client Success Manager in 2024. In her current role, Aimee plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting the success of global RegTech campaigns.

Robert More

Client Success Manager

Rob joined the Gungho team in the summer of 2017. He is British but has spent most of his life in Portugal. He learned Portuguese through osmosis as a small child and now speaks both British and Portuguese faultlessly! His language skills and great communication abilities were first put to use in appointment setting in EMEA and Latin America. Through hard work and dedication, he has transitioned to Operational roles and, more recently, a Client Success Management position.

As an Account Manager, Rob plays a pivotal role in understanding each client’s unique needs, campaign objectives, and KPIs. He coordinates with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality leads.

In his free time, he enjoys road biking and rock climbing on the cliffs of Southwest England.

Mike O'Donnell

Campaign Manager

Michael joined Gungho after 36 years as a Police Officer, where he had a variety of roles including Uniformed Patrol, and Police Trainer. For the last 5 years, Michael working in the Emergency Services Contact Management Centre, managing and dispatching emergency & non-emergency calls. His calm, mature & measured manner is a great asset to our calling team.

Michael enjoys travel, riding his motorbike, supporting the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Team and being made to do silly things with his grandchildren!

Charlotte Wall

Campaign Manager

Charlotte became part of the Gungho team in 2018. Her skills and experience working in the appointment setting industry are put to good use on our North American campaigns.

Charlotte is a busy lady, juggling work and parenthood – but when she gets a quiet moment to herself, she picks up her pencils and creates the most wonderful drawings (of animals)….very therapeutic!

Paul Butter

Campaign Manager

Paul had recently returned to the UK after five years living in China when he joined our UK operation as a Business Discovery Agent. Working in China initially as an English teacher, Paul quickly moved up to Operations Management where he managed a team of 60. Paul’s international experience is a great benefit to Gungho’s APAC campaigns.

Paul has an interest in history having gained a Bachelor of Arts in the subject from Plymouth University. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to snowboard in the winter months.

Charles Bond

Campaign Manager

Charles worked in customer service for the best part of a decade before joining the Business Discovery team in the UK in 2021. As a manager for over 6 years, he developed the ability to juggle a busy workload and is used to working with targets in mind. Charles is outgoing and cheerful and slotted in well to our friendly team.

On the weekend he enjoys socialising and visiting the gym for a workout. He’s also a keen reader and a big music fan and can easily get lost in a good book or album.

Edward Land

Campaign Manager

Edward previously worked with technology brands including Facebook and LinkedIn in the B2B digital marketing space. His experience in client pitches, networking and B2B procurement made him the perfect fit for team Gungho! Edward joined us in 2021 and his curious nature and experience of in-depth research and market analysis has been invaluable to our clients.
Outside the office, Edward is a keen runner and likes to take part in triathlons. He is a volunteer, offering his marketing skills to local charities and he has a BA in Fine Art which informs his love of design and culture.

Laura Shepheard

Campaign Manager

Laura is a positive, goal-orientated person with experience in customer-facing roles in the sales and hospitality industries. She is a real team player and the first to muck in whenever there is a project that needs extra hands on deck. Laura confidently meets targets and is fantastic at building lasting relationships with customers by going above and beyond to cater to their individual needs.

Outside of Gungho, Laura is an artist, having achieved a bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from the University of Gloucestershire. She now puts her studies to good use being creative in lots of mediums.

David Grattidge

Campaign Manager

Prior to joining Gungho, David excelled as an Assistant Manager at a Specialised Boiler Spares company. In this role, he oversaw the sales and delivery of spare parts for emergency repairs to various companies. Now part of the Gungho team, David thrives in an environment that nurtures both employee and client success, fostering individual growth along the way.

Away from his professional pursuits, David's dedication to family shines through - He spends his 3-day weekends creating memories with his children and his loyal companion, Buster. David seamlessly integrates his success-oriented mindset and strong family values into the Gungho ethos, enriching both the workplace and the lives he touches.

Liam Clifford

Campaign Manager

Liam had been working in hospitality for over 10 years when he joined Gungho in early 2022. Ready for a career change, Liam wanted a role which allowed him to use his well-honed communication and problem-solving skills and puts these to good use as a Campaign Manager.

Outside work, Liam enjoys traveling and spends his three-day weekends exploring new places. An interesting fact about Liam is that he has over 50 tattoos!

Alex Jones

Team Performance Manager

Alex joined Gungho in 2021 following his graduation from Cardiff University. Embarking on his professional journey as a Business Discovery Agent in Gungho's UK office, he embraced an adventurous move to the USA. Today, he assumes the role of managing and coaching Gungho's US office, located in Charlotte, NC.

Outside the office, Alex spends the majority of his time running. He participates in events such as the Asheville Spartan, Around the Crown 10k, Southend Shuffle, and Charlotte Marathon. When he's not on the road, in the pool, or on a bike, Alex enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend, exploring all that the UK and the Carolinas have to offer.

Mohammed Diamond

Team Leader

Mo joined Gungho in early 2023, taking the helm in supporting the Management team in launching the newly established Bournemouth Office. With a keen focus on assembling an exceptional calling team and fostering a vibrant culture, Mo's dedication shines through in everything he does. Boasting an impressive track record of over two decades in sales and marketing, Mo swiftly cemented his role as a Team Leader, playing a pivotal role in empowering the calling team, equipping them with the resources and guidance necessary to not only achieve but surpass their targets.

Outside of work, Mo is an avid Arsenal fan and tries to watch every match they play!

Matt Morris

Team Leader

Before joining Gungho, Matt honed his skills and passion for exceptional customer service in the hospitality industry, making them a valuable asset to our team. Matt is not only passionate about achieving personal targets but also about supporting and motivating their team to reach new heights.

Outside of the office, Matt is a sports enthusiast with a particular love for rugby, cricket, and football. Their weekends are typically spent watching thrilling sports events, and they cherish quality family time with their wife and son in the beautiful coastal town of Weymouth.

Alexia Reed

Team Leader

Alexia joined us in 2021 bringing 10 years of experience in the public sector in South Africa, where she worked for the Department of Economic Development and Tourism. She was involved in infrastructure development and tourist guide regulations across the Western Cape Province.
Alexia has an infectious personality and coupled with her broad skill set, and international experience, she’s the perfect fit in our Business Discovery team in the UK.
As a mum of two, Alexia is family-orientated, spending her spare time travelling and making memories with her family.

Amy Freegard

Team Leader

Amy is no stranger to fast-paced environments, having worked in hospitality for 12 years before joining Gungho. Amy is excellent at communicating, overcoming objections, and building rapport which is exactly why she is a fantastic Team Leader. She is also highly adaptable, having solid management experience and a can-do attitude. She is not afraid to roll her sleeves up and get stuck in to get the job done!

An interesting fact about Amy is that she has a BA in Culinary Arts Management and catered for VIPs and players at Aston Villa Football Club!

Stephen Woodland

Team Leader

After working in Sales and Lead Generation for 8 years and managing a team of 6, Steve has gained a wide variety of industry knowledge in IT and telecoms, which makes him an invaluable asset to the Bournemouth team. Steve excels in his role as a Team Leader as he is passionate about his team’s success and will got the extra mile to help them achieve their targets.

In his 3-day weekends, Steve spends quality time with his son (mainly getting up to mischief!). He also enjoys watching the football and relaxing with his family by going to the cinema.

Isobel Haskell

Team Leader

Isobel joined the Gungho team in 2022 as a Business Discovery Agent. Prior to her role at Gungho, Isobel spent 5 years in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and Zumba instructor. Her outstanding communication skills and passion for helping others have allowed her to excel in her current role as a Team Leader.

When she's not at work, Isobel can often be found enjoying the beauty of the Dorset countryside, tending to her rescue chickens, and taking her beloved dog, Gus, for long walks. She is also an avid marathon runner, constantly pushing herself to new limits and striving for excellence in all areas of her life.

Jack Leech

Team Leader

We welcomed Jack to the Gungho team in late 2022 as a Business Discovery Agent in our Poundbury office. Since then, Jack has worked his way up the ranks into a Team Leader role where he thoroughly enjoys supporting and assisting his team to achieve their goals and overseeing the success of his campaigns.

When he isn’t excelling in the workplace, Jack likes to keep occupied by walking his dogs in the idylic Dorset countryside, playing football with his friends and occasionally gaming.

James Wright

Team Leader

James joined the Gungho team with substantial experience from his diverse career background in Real Estate, Events and freelancing in Dubai. Since joining, James has been able to put his diverse skillset to good use, his determination and a willingness to learn earned him a quick promotion to Team Leader. James has been a breath of fresh air to the Bournemouth office as his practical approach means his team is always performing to the best of their abilities.

James enjoys playing Golf when the sun is out and watching his hometown AFC Bournemouth play. He also loves socialising with friends and spending quality time with his family when possible.

Tommy Firth

Team Leader

After wanting a change from retail, Tommy joined Gungho in early 2023. With his amazing communication skills, he quickly proved himself to be a star on the phone, especially when handling objections. This led him to his promotion to one of our Team Leader roles. Tommy enjoys aiding his team by checking in with them often and ensuring there is a positive atmosphere around each campaign. He also enjoys having first hand communication with our clients as well, ensuring they are happy.

Outside of work, Tommy is a family man. He often spends his 3-day weekends seeing family and friends, playing a lot of football with them . Occasionally, he makes trips to Leeds to watch Leeds United play a match!

Mackenzie Stender

Team Leader

Mack joined our team in early 2023 and soon advanced into a Team Leader role. Her prior experience in customer-facing roles gave her a diverse range of skills, making her a star on the phone. Mack’s hard work and dedication has been a crucial part in helping her team succeed and being able to support RegTech vendors with their appointment setting. She is always finding engaging ways to guide her team to success and implement strategies that are best suited to their needs.

Outside of work, Mack enjoys spending time with her friends at trivia nights and looking after her cat. Her family and friends are often kitted out with her latest creations as Mack enjoys knitting in her spare time.

Eloise Sams

Team Leader

Eloise joined the team in March 2022 after working in administration at Dorchester Hospital. Eloise is highly motivated and is currently completing her degrees in biology, criminology & psychology. Her organisational and communication skills make her the perfect fit for Gungho.

Outside the office, Eloise lives in Weymouth and makes the most of living by the coast, walking her 2 sausage dogs on the beach and using her artistic talent painting pictures of the surrounding areas.

Isabel Tomlin

Team Leader

Isabel joined our UK headquarters in autumn 2021 after a 13-year career in hospitality. Isabel has always worked in public facing roles enabling her to hone her communication skills and making her a champion on the phone. She’s used to working in busy teams and has a positive, supportive approach to her work as a Business Discovery Agent.

Outside the office she spends most of her time with her two daughters. To relax at the end of a long day, she enjoys gaming, reading and cooking.

Thomas Abery

Team Leader

Thomas joined Gungho in April 2023 as a Business Discovery Agent. Based in our Poundbury office, his hard work and dedication quickly led to his promotion to Team Leader. In this role, he is responsible for managing his team and making key decisions to ensure the overall success of the campaigns. Thomas enjoys being actively involved in supporting his team, coaching them to reach their full potential, and guiding them to achieve their best performance.

Outside of work, Thomas finds balance by taking long walks and spending quality time with his family. He's a tech enthusiast who enjoys gaming on his PC, always keeping up with the latest trends. During his three-day weekends, he also likes to try his hand at archery, hitting the target to keep his skills sharp.

Dominic Woodhall

Team Leader

Having worked in hospitality close to Poundbury, Dom learnt the importance of teamwork and working in a dynamic environment which made him fit perfectly into the Gungho team. Since joining in 2021, Dom has progressed to being a Team Leader where he is always on hand to support his team wherever he can and helping them achieve their goals. His positive mindset and proficient work ethic has made him a real team player.

In his spare time, Dom likes to explore the walks that Poundbury has to offer with his wife. He also enjoys painting and perfecting his guitar skills whenever he can.

Chenna Sanikommu

Senior Salesforce Administrator

Chenna joined the Gungho team in Summer 2020. A huge asset to our team, it's probably fair to say what Chenna doesn’t know about Salesforce Admin, isn’t worth knowing!

Originally from India, Chenna's background is working on big IT deployments and Salesforce integration projects. He has heaps of experience working with software companies, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, demanding environments.

When he's not in the office, Chenna spends time with family and loves to explore the Dorset coastline.

Jess Burns

Head of Data Research

Jess heads up the Data Research team here at Gungho.

With a keen eye for detail and a background in evidence-gathering in her previous role as a Legal Executive, Jess works tirelessly to pinpoint target contacts for our campaigns.

Since arriving at Gungho, Jess has discovered an amazing ability to sing and regularly gives impromptu performances in & around the office!

Whenever she gets a chance, she is globe-trotting with her hubby, loving nothing more than exploring different countries and cultures.

Stacey Clifford

Senior Data Researcher

Stacey joined our Data Research team in January 2016. Qualified in Business Administration, Stacey has an eagle eye for detail & accuracy; which she puts to good use at Gungho, working on our master data programme, to build out our prospect data set of AML & compliance professionals around the world.

On the weekends, Stacey loves to cook up a feast for friends & to go for a power bike ride along the Jurassic Coast (thankfully not at the same time!)

Gary Pitman

Data Researcher

Gary joined our Data Research team in 2019. In previous roles, Gary worked for a local Electrical Health and Safety company, scheduling and organising Engineer’s jobs around the UK.
His impeccable organisational skills have been put to good use working through data tasks and supporting the Gungho team.
Outside of work, Gary’s passions are sports, travelling and more recently, he has gained a keen interest in growing his own fruit and veg!

Wilma Fagence

Data Researcher

Wilma has a wealth of experience having worked in many management roles including for a US multi-national and a British digital company. Her experience and bachelor’s in Computer Data Processing Management were exactly what we needed when we welcomed her to the Data team in 2022.
An interesting fact about Wilma is she is the UK Ambassador for an NGO which aims to assist less fortunate or marginalised children in the Philippines.

She loves walking with her husband, baking, cooking, singing hymns and spending holidays in Cornwall.

James Scott

Data Researcher

James joined the Data Research team at Gungho in 2023. Before this, he worked as a business intelligence analyst for the NHS for eight years, where he gained extensive knowledge that he has seamlessly applied to his role at Gungho. James enjoys working with his team, who share his determination and strong work ethic, making it an ideal environment for him.

Outside of work, James is an avid runner and often participates in the Poundbury Parkrun, always striving to beat his personal best. Although tennis isn't his strongest sport, he enjoys playing casually when he has the time. James is also a dedicated supporter of Brentford FC and enjoys attending rock concerts whenever he can.

Beckie Dunn

HR and Office Administrator

We welcomed Beckie as our Office and HR Administrator in 2021. She joined us with 22 years of administration experience having previously lived and worked in Portugal and London. Beckie is an absolute star and is used to juggling multiple projects and taking it all in her stride. Our office runs smoothly because of her calmly confident working style.

Beckie enjoys spending her down time with her husband and two stepchildren and can be found searching for and upcycling homeware. She is also working on mastering standing on the paddle board she purchased!

Charlotte Blake-Smith

Learning & Development Manager

Charlotte joined our team in 2018 after a long & very successful career in recruitment. Definitely a super charged happy person, Charlotte brings heaps of cheeriness & positivity to Gungho. After many successful years mastering the art of telemarketing, Charlotte became a great addition to our Learning and Development team, managing and supporting the training of new and existing members of Gungho.

Her two young boys and love of the outdoors keep Charlotte busy; hiking, foraging for mushrooms, growing fruit and veg in the family market garden as well as looking after dozens of pigs & chickens. As you might imagine, Charlotte has a deep love for helping to save the planet, all things eco and environmental living!

When the fatigue sets in, there are trips away in her beloved caravan…..

Marie Murphy

Learning and Development Trainer

Marie studied Law at Portsmouth University and went into the banking industry after graduating. She has always worked in and enjoyed customer-facing roles and her career spans retail, customer service management, and personal banking. Marie is highly motivated and loves working with customers to build rapport and develop long-lasting relationships.

Marie enjoys getting active by exploring the picturesque Dorset countryside and playing tennis. She values her three-day weekend as it allows her to spend time with family and friends, and most of all with her two nephews.

Bradley Butler

Financial Controller

With over 5 years of experience in Accountancy, we welcome Bradley as the newest member of the finance team in 2023.
Local to Gungho HQ in Dorset, Brad lives in Weymouth with his partner and gets to make the most of out living in the country by walking his 10 dogs!
Outside of work, Brad is huge lover of all things sports and you'll regularly find him talking about football (Chelsea), Formula 1, darts, horse racing and currently plays 5 aside football too!

Liz Taylor

Accounts Assistant

Liz has over 25 years of experience working in Accounts positions across multiple global industries including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, tourism and charities. She enjoys new challenges and is a stickler for high standards, exactly what we look for. Liz joined our UK HQ in summer 2022 and quickly became a valued part of the team.

When she’s not crunching numbers, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband, two teenagers and kitten. She likes to stay active by taking part in her local Parkrun and by practicing yoga.

Catherine Ellis

Office Admin

Before joining Gungho, Catherine honed her skills as an Office Manager at a small business in Charlotte. Beyond her professional life, Catherine is actively involved in volunteering and advocating for children with mental illness – a cause close to her heart, bringing immense fulfilment.
Grounded, easy-going, and a natural people-person, Catherine relishes connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Emma Kay

Recruitment Manager

Emma joined the Gungho team in 2021 as a Business Discovery Agent. Having worked most her career in recruitment, it was only right for her to take on our Recruitment Manager position when it opened. Emma is responsible for sourcing and interviewing new recruits to join to our team and has played a crucial role in helping expand the Gungho team across our UK offices.

Outside of work she loves nothing more than spending her weekends at the beach or going for long country walks with her family. She also enjoys keeping fit and has a passion for studying psychology.
