Full Time Monday to Thursday (That’s right, we don’t work Fridays!)
£42,000 – £45,000 per annum
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our campaign teams, ensuring that our client expectations are met and that our Business Discovery Agents are well supported. Your success will be measured by retention of campaigns under management.
You will manage a team of Campaign Managers & Team Leaders to lead the campaign management process ensuring that we retain good people, ensure high standards of appointment setting, maintain our current clients and help to grow revenue where appropriate.
You will liaise closely with our clients throughout the lifecycle of their relationship with Gungho to drive additional revenues & expand their contractual commitments. You will also be responsible for ensuring that administrative and campaign activity is consistent & that the campaign targets are achieved on time & on budget.
