Today, on joining the company, Business Discovery Agents (BDA) are immersed into an intensive 16-week training programme, delivered by our inhouse coaching & mentoring team.  For most, the learning curve is steep, but also enjoyable and rewarding!

Post the 16-week training programme, our Business Discovery Agents (BDA) have all sorts of opportunity for promotion.  Gungho is a fast-growing business, so no matter whether you have promotion in your sights (or not), there is heaps of interesting campaigns to keep everyone feeling challenged.

Our teams in both the USA & UK are rapidly growing to service the ever-increasing demands of our global clients.  In 2022, we have plans for 40+ new hires.  If you are considering working with us, the steps below set out a clear path for advancement & progression.
