Working with Gungho
KYCKR were thinking BIG and wanted to establish a way of assessing the size and scale of the market opportunity in Europe and the Americas. After careful consideration, they decided against adopting an in-house team to achieve this and instead, opted for an outsourced model partnering with Gungho. When KYCKR secured their first sales hire in Europe, they mobilised quickly with the support of a specialised appointment setting programme. The decision to work with us was in part to support the new hire and scale the pipeline quickly, but also to add capacity in generating brand and proposition awareness to a wider market. KYCKR also gained accurate insight and analysis into the size of their market opportunity, competitor intelligence and objections.
The Outcome
Within the initial pilot period, we were able to support KYCKR with a series of well qualified appointments in the UK. Our Sales Discovery team worked closely with KYCKR sales leadership to scope a set of targeted accounts which were profiled against our global data set of Heads of KYC, Due Diligence, On-Boarding, AML & Compliance professionals. We developed a highly specialised list of companies and contacts to call. Within a few short weeks, the newly appointed Sales Director was in front of his first prospects in face-to-face meetings and unearthing opportunity.
Following this initial successful proof of concept, the Gungho team supported the exploration of opportunity for KYCKR inside the USA financial market and helped build a clear strategy to scale a US operation. The Gungho campaign optimises each KYCKR trip to the US and has established a healthy opportunity pipeline far quicker than expected.
