What to expect from an Appointment Setting Campaign?

On the face of it, it’s an easy question to answer.

You should expect to see your calendar filling up with appointments to see a range of new and exciting prospects, right?  Absolutely. BUT you should expect to see a lot more than that. Before We Pick Up the Phones

Your cold-calling team is an extension of your business and it’s important that they embody your ethos just as effectively as your sales team do. In order to get the results you expect, we need to fully understand your proposition, your audience and your way of pitching. This involves a bit of time on your behalf but we promise the investment is worthwhile. We want all our conversations to be genuine, natural and well-informed so that we represent you brilliantly which is why we never use scripts. After half a day training with you, we expect to have a strong grasp of how to pitch your product or service. So much so, that we would usually expect to secure appointments within the first few days of hitting the phones.

As the Campaign Progresses

Each day, our multi-lingual team of Business Discovery Agents is tasked with making at least 100 calls.  From these calls, they would expect to have 10-15 meaningful conversations and out of these we would hope to qualify one for an appointment.

We have a lovely team who are all based from our Dorset office. We hand-pick people who are results driven, target orientated and committed to putting the effort in on the phones. We have great staff retention because we invest heavily in training and development to ensure that the team are all highly skilled, confident in their abilities and achieve their targets.

We want you to see the hard work our team is putting in and be able to analyse how things are going during the campaign so we share (through Salesforce.com) our work-flow, the outcome of our calling and appointments made. We also host a weekly call where we can talk you through the results so far. We share call recordings with you to help you understand how we represent you and to refine our pitch. You can even use the recordings to help your own teams with cold calling.
