What is a Business Discovery Agent?

We are looking for great communicators to join us as Business Discovery Agents. This role is highly focused on discovering new business opportunities on behalf of our clients through business development activity. The job involves researching international financial companies and corporations, whilst making high numbers of outbound calls to targeted companies & individuals.

Your focus each day is to have an intelligent & focused discussion with senior business executives surrounding their business needs and challenges. You will be speaking with senior decision makers within large multinational financials and corporations across all countries. Your aim is to arrange an appointment to enable further discussion.

We recruit from a wide variety of backgrounds, with one common theme – outstanding communication skills!

Lots of training and support is provided and it takes around 4-9 months to become a fully-fledged Gungho’er.

Gungho Celebrations

We have a lot to celebrate at Gungho, so as well as ad-hoc team, office and company celebrations throughout the year, we like to mark the big achievements with our annual summer and Christmas parties.

Gungho Events

We have always been keen to support our local community and when it comes to charity, we want to do as much as we can. Every month we hold fundraising activities in our offices to raise money for Weldmar Hospicecare in the UK and Supportive Housing Communities in the US.
